Tuesday 22 April 20 Pre-reunion option in Sydney
9:00 An organised walk in the scenic Botanic Gardens for 90 minutes viewing unique flora and covering the gardens' history. (Definite numbers needed). After morning tea harbour side, options will depend on your interests but may include:

The Anzac services are not part of the Reunion Program as such but have been included as an invitation to overseas visitors to experience a little Aussie /Kiwi culture
5:30. Dawn Anzac Service. This is generally a very moving ceremony timed to conclude as the sun peeps up over the water.
6:45: A barbecue breakfast probably on the beach. Cost approximately $2
11:00. Anzac March along Town Green to Cenotaph for service.
From 12 noon: Reunion Registration at the Westport Club, Buller Street Port Macquarie Lunch available in Club Bistro / Dining Room from $7.00 at own cost
1.00 The official start of the Reunion
6:30 pm Dinner This will be an informal gathering
9:00 Westport Club venue opens for our use. Morning tea provided, lunch at own cost Family history talks and genealogy groups (if required) will continue as for Friday while others socialise or participate in tourist and sporting activities.
2:00 to 4:00 Devonshire Tea Cruise. Cost $18 per adult
6:30pm Reunion Dinner: A two course meal with bar service for $40 per head.
9:00 to 4:00 at Westport Club
Reunion Attendance: Costs from $22.00 - $27.00 per adult (depending on numbers). This covers venue hire, printing, stationery & display costs and some morning & afternoon teas as noted in the program.
A $25.00 deposit or equivalent per family will be required on booking: the balance payable at registration. We have kept catering inclusions to a minimum to make attendance affordable and to give flexibility to people who will be participating in other activities.

Devonshire Tea cruise $18 usually $25
Reunion Dinner $40
Many activities are available but the following suggestions would be ideal group activities and will be included in the program if people indicate interest.
Deep Sea Fishing: 6:00am to noon and subject to weather conditions. .
Camel Safaris: 30 min rides along Beach would suit almost anyone who'd be inclined to want to sit on a camel!
Koala Hospital: Koala feeding tours.
Billabong Koala Breeding Centre: A wildlife park with a variety of Australian native animals including crocodiles.
Timber Town - theme park at Wauchope
Adventure Activities: Kristine Blencowe is planning a program including serious cycling, hiking, abseiling, jet boating kayaking, scuba diving and other action experiences!
While Port Macquarie offers many commercial activities do not overlook the simple pleasures of a few hours on the beach, tossing a line in for a fish, the scenic coastal walks and historic town walks. This need not be an expensive holiday.
