Searching for living male Blencowe relations

Sadly, with regard to the DNA study, I have not found any living Blencowe males I know to be related to me. I am still hoping to find out if the following Blencowes born in Banbury had issue. Nathaniel born 1840 to my William Henry I, (b 1813 Banbury to Samuel, died 1905 Neithrop, spouses Hannah Gardner and Mary Anne Green nee Johns or Jones) and the sons of my William Henry II (b1842 Banbury married Charlotte Mason and Jane Bishop) from his 2nd marriage: Harry born 1877 and William, about 1883. I believe that William died about 1961 in Chipping Norton.
