A Blencowe Touch at the Chelsea Flower Show
Less than a year since she flew from Australia to England for the Reunion Dinner at Blencow, Louise Blencowe is heading for London to attend the Chelsea Flower Show on from 24-28 May.
Louise's son, Steven Blencowe and his work partner are the project managers for the Flemings Australian entry. The design by Ian Baker is based on discovery of and historical link between Australia and England through the 1770 voyage by Captain James Cook on The Endeavour with Sir Joseph Banks. It was through the sketches of Banks that England first saw the magnificent flora of Australia.
