Reunion Costs

Reunion Attendance: Costs from $22.00 - $27.00 per adult (depending on numbers). No charge for children. This covers venue hire, printing, stationery & display costs and some morning & afternoon teas as noted in the program.

A $25.00 deposit or equivalent per family will be required on booking. The balance payable at registration, at which time we will have confirmed costs based on number of attendees. We are confident $27.00 will be the maximum cost per adult.

We have kept catering inclusions to a minimum to make attendance affordable for as many people as possible and to give flexibility to people who will be coming and going from the venue for the numerous activities in Port or just socializing in family groups.

Catering for the three days would have become very expensive so unless stated, food & beverages are at your own cost. Dining options in Port are numerous. The Westport Club offers very reasonable cost meals on site, while many cafes, restaurants and bars are nearby. One cannot overlook fish'n'chips on the riverbank or beach.
